Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Proverbs and Songs of Solomon are called the poetic books of the Bible. Anger, sadness, joy and other synonymous emotions are expressed in these books in an elaborate fashion; so much that one can feel the vibe while reading it. Surely, even Joseph would have written a poem if he was given a pen and paper when he was pushed into the cistern by his brothers. Sometimes we do not know how to channelise the energy dissipated from our extreme emotions—this is where poetry is birthed. This section is all about how we have used that energy to understand God and glorify Him.
