This is a very common question that comes to all our minds. Especially when see others living a good life, we keep thinking “why is our life so difficult?”. The truth of the matter is that everyone has their own trouble, everyone has their share of suffering in this world but we just cannot see it. Some share it openly on social media platforms or talk openly in their friend circle but many are very quiet about it. Secondly and from a spiritual angle if we examine, the enemy does not bother the wicked. They are his prey already so he does not trouble them as much but in turn he wants them to know that life is good when they are away from God and living life how they want to. The enemy is only after those who are God’s children and called to fulfil His plan and purpose. Has anyone experienced that fact that the more you get closer to God and serve Him, the more troubles you face? This is so true as the enemy just wants you to stop. The desires of the flesh motivates you to just turn back and live a simple, care free life but that is not what God wants us to do. Heaven and Hell is real and Jesus himself talks about it all the time. This is where everything comes to an end. This is where the good are rewarded and the wicked are punished. The wicked gets paid for all his/her deeds here on earth. This is where God assures us that the wicked may get away easily from any trouble here on earth but not in the life after. The parable of the rich man and Lazarus is good teaching for us all to know that there is a time of comfort and joy for those who are suffering here on earth. Stay bold and courageous, use the spiritual weapons of prayer and wear the armour of God so you can resist the evil schemes upon your life. Blessed are those who endure and persevere for they shall be rewarded.
