Absolutely Yes! In the earlier days, God performed astounding miracles and healings through the Spirit-anointed prophets like Moses, Elijah and Elisha. When Jesus came as a man into the world, He performed miracles through the power of the Holy Spirit inspired by the Heavenly Father. When Jesus was ministering along with His disciples, He gave power to them to perform healings and cast out demons.

“And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all.”
– Matthew 10:1
After the death and resurrection of Jesus, He appeared and instructed His disciples to wait for the promise of the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
– Acts 1: 8

Once the disciples received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, they were empowered to perform healing, raising the dead, perform miracles by the leading and power of the Holy Spirit dwelling within them. We, being saved through Lord Jesus, similar to how the disciple did, are equally eligible to witness miraculous works through the power of the Holy Spirit within us.
Throughout the Scriptures, we repeatedly read that God performs acts so that men or nations “will know that He is Yehovah” (1 Kings 20:28). Likewise, we being the present-day disciples, born again in Jesus Christ, are filled and sealed with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13 “you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise”) to be a representative to perform His work in this world.
